Jenn and Christopher were married on January 19, 2013 in a beautiful elopement ceremony on the Chicago Riverwalk near Wabash and Wacker. The spot held extra significance, since it was were they meet for the first time, on St. Patrick's Day. Their ceremony was very intimate; the only attendees were four friends and witnesses. Christopher surprised Jenn with a new ring during the ceremony. Before the newlyweds ran off to celebrate, we had a great time taking some romantic photographs around the Riverwalk.

It was a pleasure photographing Seema and Jeremy's Thanksgiving weekend wedding. We started at the bride's house where her aunt helped wrap her sari. Next was the ceremony at the Northfield Community Church, where Seema and Jeremy were married in a ceremony that combined Christian and Hindu elements. At the reception everyone had a blast, especially Seema's and Jeremy's nieces and nephews who took over the dance floor.

I had the opportunity to photograph these two cuddle bunnies; the newest additions to the Adam's family. They are sisters, but with entirely different personalities. Abby is the adventurer of the two; quick to investigate. Hadley, on the other hand, just wants to snuggle on your lap in front of the fire.

This shoot was a wonderful conclusion to my internship with Gerber + Scarpelli Photography. Dinah and Ram were married in a gorgeous Hindu ceremony at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Dinah wore a traditional sari of red, gold and white. Family and friends joined the groom in the baraat (procession to the bride) and literally danced in the streets. After the ceremony, it was great fun finding beautiful spots around the hotel to take pictures of the bride and groom. Later that evening, at the reception, they danced the night away.
